General

We are based in Tampa, Fl, however we have factories in Georgia and China. 

Our hair bundles and some of our wigs are 100% human hair. We do have raw virgin hair as well (Vietnamese hair). Our Futura Wigs are synthetic, made from premium Japanese fibers.

Yes! You can send us an email with a picture of your hair at cheveux@cheveuxluxury.com and a member from our team will be happy to assist with a recommendation. You should receive a response within 24-48 hours with our recommendations.

Typically we respond within 24-48 hours of receiving your email. We try to stay on top of any inquiries and respond in a timely fashion.

Absolutely! If you do not like the product or find damages to the product, contact us immediately! We do all we can to ensure your best shopping experience. You can simply contact us and we'll get it addressed! 

Pricing

Simply select the product you want above and click the 'Add to Cart' button. Go to the cart page and then hit "Checkout". Fill in your shipping and billing information and we'll have your order shipped to you as soon as possible! We accept Paypal - Mastercard - Visa - AMEX as well as Sezzle, QuadPay and AmazonPay!

Yes, we have Sezzle and QuadPay available for customers to utilize at checkout. These options provide 4 interest free payments that will be automatically taken from your card. No credit check is done. 

Returns

Returns/Refunds are subjected to our Refund Policy and is dependent on the product. Unused hair bundles, closures, frontals and lashes need to be returned within 7 days from date of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. All other products are considered customized products and are not eligible for a return/refund.  

Shipping

It depends on the product. For Hair Bundles and Lashes they will ship from our Georgia Factory. All other products will ship from our China Factory 

Our standard processing time is 5-7 business days, however, we do at times are able to process within 1-2 business days depending on availability of products. If you are purchasing for a hair appointment or event, we recommend you receive the hair first before your hair appointment or purchase the hair way in advance to account for any delays.

At times UPS places a time longer than 3-5 business days to account for any delays. They typically deliver within the 3-5 business day standard time. 

You will be emailed your receipt immediately after you placed your order. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number. At each step along the way, you can use it to see where your parcel is located by going to our Track Order page.
